Tickets purchased at one of the Knockouts Box Office must be exchanged at Campanelli Stadium (fans must provide the original ticket). Tickets may be exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value. The Knockouts are not responsible for lost tickets. Tickets purchased at 3rd party sites are not eligible for exchange.When a game becomes suspended or postponed, your ticket does not automatically carry over to the new game time as seats have already been sold for the preexisting game
